Terms of Service
Last updated 10 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Zephrys, the calendar app and its agent, Zephr, at zephrys.app. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
The service is in beta
Zephrys is new. Features change, limits change, and things occasionally break. We run it with care but without a service-level agreement: there is no promised uptime, and a scheduled automation may be skipped if the service is down when it is due (a run missed by more than a few hours is logged rather than run late).
Your account
- One person per account. You are responsible for what is done with it and for keeping your sign-in to yourself.
- You may only verify email addresses you own. An address belongs to one account.
- You must be old enough to enter into these terms where you live.
The agent acts on your instructions
Zephr changes your calendar, sends you email and runs automations because you asked it to — in chat, by email, or by a standing instruction. You choose how much it may do without asking, and anything beyond that waits for your approval. Check what it did: every change is recorded and undoable from the conversation, except that a sent email cannot be unsent. You are responsible for the instructions you give and the automations you create, and for anything they cause in a calendar you have connected.
Credits and plans
- Use is metered in credits. The free plan grants 400 credits at the start of each calendar month (UTC); unused credits do not roll over.
- When the balance reaches zero, new requests wait until credits arrive. Automations pause with a notice and resume by themselves.
- A paid plan is shown on the site but cannot be bought yet. When it becomes available, its price and grant will be stated before you pay, and prepaid credits never produce a surprise invoice.
- Grants, rates and the limits below may change. Changes are announced on the site and never take away credits you already have.
Fair-use limits keep the service healthy for everyone: a cap on automations per account, on runs and emails per day, and on the model time a single request may consume.
Acceptable use
Don't use Zephrys to break the law, to harass anyone, to send unsolicited mail, to probe or overload the service, or to access another person's account or data. Don't resell access. We may suspend or disable an account that does any of these, and we will say why.
Connected calendars
Connecting a Google or Microsoft account is subject to that provider's terms. Sync is best-effort: if both sides change the same event at once, the provider's version wins and you are told. You can mark any calendar read-only or disconnect the account at any time.
Your content
Your calendar, conversations and instructions are yours. We process them only to run the service, as the Privacy Policy describes, and claim no other rights over them.
Ending things
You can stop using Zephrys at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice — immediately for abuse.
Disclaimer and liability
Zephrys is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — a missed meeting, a moved event, a lost booking — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions go to [email protected].
