Hand your calendar to an agent.Take back any change.
Zephr schedules, moves and plans for you — in chat, by email, or on itself. Every action is undoable, so you can let it work, without fear of something breaking.
Free tier available. No card. Syncs two-way with Google Calendar and Outlook.
An agent that works the calendar the way you would.
Zephr acts through the same API the app uses — no back doors. Every action is logged, attributed and reversible.
Undo, always
Every change is snapshotted before it happens. Undo one action, or everything from this conversation, right from the chat.
Your level of autonomy
Suggest, confirm, or act on its own. Anything past your level waits on an approval card you can read first.
Email Zephr
Forward a booking or write one line to your Zephr address. It lands on the calendar and the reply comes back in your inbox.
Live facts when needed
For plans that depend on the world — opening hours, a race date, a timetable — Zephr can search the web and read the page itself.
Things people actually ask
- “Clear my Friday afternoon and move everything to next week”
- “Break this project into tasks and schedule them around my commitments”
- “I keep skipping my gym blocks — find a time that actually works and make it recurring”
- “Plan a 3-day trip to Kyoto in October and put it on my calendar”
- “Summarize what I accomplished last week”
Up and running in a minute.
Google, Microsoft, or a one-time code by email — no password to remember. No card, nothing to install.
Connect your calendars (optional)
Google Calendar and Outlook, two-way. Tick the ones to mirror and mark any read-only — or start with an empty week.
Ask
Type it, mail it, or schedule it. Zephr does the work, the calendar shows it, and undo is one click away.
Everything has a date.
Tasks aren't a second list beside the calendar. They are events, so planning and scheduling are the same act.
No separate to-do list
A task is an event with a done state. It sits on the day you'll do it, next to everything else on your schedule. If it matters, it's on the calendar.
Scheduling is planning
Anything without a time gets one. Deciding when is the plan — there's no inbox of undated things to decide later.
Leave the boring part for Zephr
The calendar is for looking and quick edits. Zephr can do everything else: moving, breaking down, finding time, cleaning up.
Mail your agent.
Forward a booking or write one sentence to your Zephr address, from your own email. The reply comes back threaded onto your mail; reply again to keep going.
- Forward a confirmation and it lands on the calendar.
- Ask about your week and get the answer in your inbox.
- Calendar attachments are read; a photo of a poster works too.
- Only addresses you've verified are accepted. Strangers get no reply.
Standing instructions, in your words.
A morning brief. A Sunday-evening weekly review. “Thirty minutes before any meeting matching review, dig up what we discussed last time.” Write it once; Zephr shows you the compiled schedule before it's switched on, then runs it unattended.
- Time triggers and calendar-event triggers.
- The instruction is stored verbatim and never rewritten.
- Every run is undoable as a whole.
- Results land in the bell — or in your inbox, if you say so.
Google Calendar and Outlook, both ways.
Connect an account, tick the calendars to mirror, and they show up in their own colours. What you, Zephr or an automation change goes back out; what changes there comes in.
- Two-way, with a per-calendar read-only switch.
- “Open in Google Calendar” or Outlook from any synced event.
- Tokens encrypted at rest and deleted when you disconnect.
- If both sides change at once, the provider's version wins and you get a note.

Questions, answered.
What's a credit?
Roughly one quick ask. Every model call is metered on the tokens it actually uses, so a Deep-thinking turn costs more than a fast one, a web search a flat few credits, and each email Zephr sends or receives one credit. The free plan refills 400 credits at the start of every month. Your balance, this month's spend and a line per operation live in Settings → Plan & usage, and each chat turn shows what it cost.
Can I undo what Zephr did?
Yes. Every change is recorded with a snapshot, so you can undo one action or everything from a conversation, and an automation run undoes as a whole. The one exception is an email already sent — there is no unsend, and Zephr asks before sending unless you've set it to act on its own.
Do I need a password?
No. Sign in with Google or Microsoft, or have a 6-digit code emailed to you. There is nothing to remember and nothing to reset.
Which calendars sync?
Google Calendar and Outlook (Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com), both two-way. Title, description, location, times and recurrence sync; attendees and conference links don't yet. Any mirrored calendar can be marked read-only, and disconnecting an account deletes the stored tokens.
Does Zephr read my inbox?
No. Zephr never connects to your mailbox. It only sees mail you send or forward to its own address, from an address you've verified, and it only ever sends mail to you.
Which models run this?
Hosted large language models with tool calling, chosen by running a scripted set of calendar requests against candidates and keeping the one that gets them right. A fast model answers by default; Deep thinking switches to a larger one for the hard asks. The exact models are configuration and can change; the privacy policy names the provider.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. The web app works on phones — the layout collapses to a single column with the chat as its own screen — and every email from Zephrys links straight back into it. A native app comes later.
